Fun story… for years I had been a fan girl of Alyssa’s and was following her online.
So, when one day I received an email that went out to her newsletter community announcing that she was looking for a part-time curriculum designer to work side-by-side with her to put her life’s work into a year-long coach certification program I knew I was in.
I had spent the first part of my career designing and delivering leadership development and people programs inside of large corporations, hyper-growth start-ups, and was running a successful leadership development consultancy business at the time, so I knew I had a lot of value to offer Alyssa.
I also, knew I couldn’t wait for the opportunity to work side-by-side with Alyssa to see firsthand how she had grown and scaled a soulful 7-Figure Coaching business.

I’m really proud of the work Alyssa and I did on this project. Helping coaches extract their unique methodology and package that methodology in a way that gets transformative results for their clients is one of my favorite things to do.
The coaching space can be noisy but when you have a differentiated product like Alyssa has created with her certification program you can truly stand out.
