It’s beautiful and intense all at the same time and that’s why I love it.
Let’s go back to the end of my first year in business, shall we?…
It was 2016 and I had just about hit 6-figures in my 1st coaching and consulting business.
Somehow in my first year with no clients lined up and a crappy DIY website I had managed to make it work.
What I’m not telling you is that I was burnt out, unfulfilled, and still not feeling like I was using my business as a vehicle to do my soul work in the world. I was like, WTF. I did the thing, I took the leap, and I’m still here.
I wish I could say that after that year I figured it out quickly but it actually took me:
Re-branding my 1st corporate coaching and consulting business so I could create more soulful offerings for the corporate clients I had (insider info… they were not a hit)
Bringing on a business partner because I thought that would be the answer to feeling more connected (again big surprise…that wasn’t it)
Starting a new coaching business (this one) that gave me the freedom to blend soul and strategy to help soulful business owners create the income and impact that they desire through soul work offerings of their own (and…it finally clicked)

Soulful Strategy - Soul without strategy is wishful thinking + strategy without soul is just a grind. In my work, I pull on my 12+ years of coaching experience and years of experience working with and inside of big corporations like Vega, Saje, Joey Restaurant Group, and Pan Pacific Hotels, to bring decades of experience to the business-building aspect of the work we do.
